The machine automatically winds the wire, hooks the wire, changes the slot, passes the wire, and taps it - all without any manual intervention. Precise ball screws and linear guide hooks are used for automatic thread clipping and trimming, resulting in neat, tight, and consistent winding. The machine is equipped with a multi-strand thread tension system, ensuring stable tension throughout the winding process.
Thanks to the latest servo motor technology, the machine boasts a simple and exquisite structure. The NC control allows for simultaneous control of 4 axes, providing flexibility when responding to specification changes. This makes it ideal for multi-axis servo motor control in multi-strand wire winding processes, achieving higher slot fill rates and improved winding precision. The machine also features a tension control system, making calibration and adjustments simple and user-friendly.
